My name is vishal garg, i was travelling from berlin to newdelhi with jet airways on 30th nov 2018.. Jet airways missed my luggage.. (I didn't received luggage and could not get any answer from the airline.. Neither they were able to track it..)..

After talking with jet airways customor care, i bought the essential item total of inr 21759 (Original receipts already sent to jet airways in claim form).
I received back my luggage after 7 days.
I put the claim of inr inr 21759 but jet airways is offering me inr 13, 880 only.. Which is far below and i don't agree to it.. I am repeatedly asking from jet airways but they are not responding.. No emails.. I am upset with airlines and looking forward from you to get it resolved with jet airways.
