Jet Airways — Lost baggage/ misconduct by customer care/pathetic business class | |||||
I have encountered the worst business class service ever while return flight from Milan to Delhi via Abu Dhabi at 1:17 pm 29th April 2017 (Flight 9w 211). My luggage did not arrive on time at New Delhi airport and is still missing. No one even knows where my bag is!! I was dealt very badly by customer care department by Ma Jyoti and was told that they have "Hundreds of lost luggage to deal with, not just mine!!!", next best thing would have been a verbal abuse to me from the customer care. Do you do this to Business class passengers ? From Abu Dhabi to Delhi flight was pathetic and Business class cabin was worst than Emirates economic class, Jet airways always had issues with baggage they were even checking and separating the baggage when people were boarding the flight and did not allow us to carry certain bags into the cabin. I did not know why Etihad airways has partnered with pathetic jet airways. Mine was corporate booking and I will suggest every one in my organization across 140 offices worldwide not use Etihad/Jet airways. Did I pay you for sending my luggage 2-3 days after my arrival at Delhi? Why should I pay you the business class fare? If I have to attend a function within few hours of my arrival and all my preparation stuff is in my bag what should I do? my purpose of reaching the destination is lost!!! I will most probably file a mishandling and business interruption suite against you due to my loss. There is no sense in paying you the business class when you have lost my luggage and it is arriving late. You guys even dont know where it is or if it is even there or not.
