Jet Airways — Mis guidance from staff of jet airways because of that i missed my flight

I had a flight today (16th sep) in the morning at 9:30. I reached airport at 6 in the morning after reaching 6 am in the morning I cant board my flight. firstly I went to the information counter after seeing my ticket they told me that u have to go to M block for jet airways & there I misguided by one of your staff female after seeing my ticket she said counters are not open yet so you need to come to us at 8:30 for check in when I went there at 8:30 jet airways other staff person named Sapna told me its not our flight u need to go to Ethihad airways. I went over there they said we cant help it u r 15 minutes late & we don't have seats in the flight. It cant be possible now. No person has supported me for the same as per guidance by your staff person I followed as she guided me. Now pls tell me where's my fault. I missed my flight my important business conference because of her only. After that I again had a word with jet airways staff she told me that the lady who gave you the information she has the night shift she don't know about the morning flights if she don't know than how can she guide me. Even jet airways manage & supervisor don't know how to deal with their customers. I gone through with mental harassment from morning 8:30 am to 3:00 pm &went through a huge loss as they didn't provide me any solution. You have to pay the penalty fee as well as ticket charges that would cost around 13000/- something. I was not having the currency as I was alone & it was not my fault why should I pay the single penny because of no other option left so I cancelled my whole trip. So now I'm requesting to take strict action against your staff & pls compensate for my loss or i[censored] cant take the action pls let me know.
