Jet Airways — Misbehaved & Rude Crew Member Flight 9W 2416

While I don't know if our complaint would be paid any heed to ...however I am going to give it a try to gauge whether the CRM problems percolate top down or if it was a one off issue. Flight details: Jaipur to Delhi Date of flight: April 14, 2015 Time of Departure: 17:10 HRS Complaint Against: Cabin crew-SHERAN We had booked flights on jet airways and though when we had to go from delhi to jaipur We did go in the regular jet airways flight, we were shifted to a jet konnect flight on our way to return from jaipur to delhi. We didn't mind that too much either, the problem started when we go into the plane. Our seats were 1 A & 1 C, while we're getting into the plane I was carrying a handbag and my husband was carrying a regular Mont Blanc cabin luggage .. There were 4-5 jet crew members who were stationed outside the plane to check our flight tickets and luggage and let us in. We were smoothly asked to get in by them and so we did. When we started to put our luggage on top storage, we realised that my handbag was fitting in, but my husband's cabin luggage which is of regular size for any other flight was NOT fitting in to the upper storage. So we waited for our cabin crew to come and probably stack our 2nd luggage wherever they felt right. And that's when our our problem began. This guy called SHERAN, utterly callous, insolent, and pathetic attitude walks in and tells us that this Iuggage cannot be kept where we were sitting so it has to be immediately removed. We told him we were ok with getting it removed and that he could keep it wherever he deems fit for the flight' sake. Lo and behold this dim wit actually has the audacity to respond and I quote" I have other things to do ma'am - please go back to the end of the flight and figure it out yourself ". While my husband is a businessman, I run an educational institute where a lot of our kids join the hospitality industry... Never ever have we seen this level of poor work attitude by any cabin crew during our extensive spectrum of travelling. Neither did the guy bother that we were on the first row and that carrying this luggage back again would not only inconvenience us but other passengers who were coming into the flight. Neither did he pay heed to the fact were a bunch of extremely jaded and exhausted passengers back from a hectic trip. And of course no attention that we may have had health issues as well. My question to Jet is : 1. Our we to blame if my regular Jet airways flight changed to a smaller flight of Jet Konnect? 2. Our we to blame that inspite of 4-5 ground personnel letting us into the flight seeing our luggage not 1 came up saying that please leave your cabin luggage here as we don't think it would fit here? 3.Our we to blame that the cabin storage space was small and could not fit in a regular sized cabin luggage which infact was easily accommodated in your earlier flight as well which we boarded while going to Jaipur. 4.Our we to blame that we expect some basic customer care from a flight that we paid for to augment our convenience?. Infact one reason to not take a road trip to Delhi to Jaipur which was cheaper and quite easily possible for us was that we wanted an easy stress free travel experience. 5. Our we to blame for having chosen Jet Airways as against the other cheaper LCCs as we believed in your level of services? I hope some action is taken against that guy SHERAN who is so very disinterested in his job..infact after telling he had other things to do ...he instead was just seen floating around and chatting up with other crew members. I hope he doesn't ruin other traveller experiences owing to his own misdemeanour and shoddy attitude. I hope I get an affirmative response from jet airways on this matter.
