It’s been worse experience of my life during travelling with Jet Airways … I booked my ticket in the month of April 2014 under PNR BMPKUG, E Ticket Number[protected] to Dubai reached Delhi Airport at 9.50 am at Jet counter . First lady (Sanchita) was busy with customer so I moved to Supervisor for boarding pass .. who pulls the rug from my feet the moment, Person name TINA Employee code Number – 10784 said that she already issued our blocked seat to someone else due to over booking & was informed to take flight schedule after 9 hrs I was with my infant not carrying milk & food for 9 hrs, there is no place where my old mother can rest but she did not listen anything and threaten very badly that if we will come again and again to her desk she will ensure that we will not get evening ticket also I was stunned that how a lady can misdemeanor and Unscrupulous with small baby and old person, she was after us to cancel the ticket and take refund ….. what about my other booking – least bothers I checked with her senior Nishant (Duty Manager, Mobile no. [protected]) also but hope less …. she left seat and gone for makeup and lunch as they were celebrating independence day & my self- feeling fool roaming here just because my travel agent insist me to book flight with jet airways else I was interested with Emirates only I am regular flyer of Emirates and other AIR LINE even some time reached on last moment but never ever face such behavior ..
