I have had the most horrible experience in business class on 15th june 2016 from amsterdam – mumbai. I used 3 vouchers to get mysel[censored]pgraded and the seat turned out to be like a ‘graveyard with a tv’. If you stretch your legs then you cannot even bend your legs and your legs go right below the seat of the passenger in front. It is so tight that you cannot even move and breathe properly. I am appalled that jet airways calls that business class. My flight details were 9w 231 on 15th june 16. This is misrepresentation of facts and i have uploaded pictures of the horrible seat that jet airways calls 'business class'. My vouchers are wasted and it was a horrible experience!
I have already written to jet airways customer services team and have got a standard response that they will pass on the feedback which has no meaning for me! (Reference - membership number[protected] peqjth bom/cci/200616/4671158)
