Jet Airways — Missing articles from chcked in baggage

Hi there i raised a complaint with jetairways for the captioned and have 3 reference number 060-461, 123-271, 056-987 however none of these mails talk about what process are they following for the closure of my complaint or what are the next steps i expect them to find these articles and return it to me or reimburse the amount asap could not attach the mails sent to jet as huge files Chetan
