[Resolved] Jet Airways — Missing luggage and no response | |||
Myself Ahemerkhan Pathan and I am a regular traveller in Jet airways. Last time I travelled from Mumbai to Dammam on 01/05/2017. ZKDPTX is my PNR no. After reaching dammam I came to know that my luggage has not been arrived in the same flight and after contacting the airport authority they took my details and promised me to deliver my luggage as soon as possible.After 22 days I got a message that my luggage has been hold because they found mobile battery bank inside my luggage and request me to send a authorisation letter to open my luggage bag. I have send the same also.Now almost 33 days passesd till now I didn't get my luggage back.Is it this is the service from jet airways to their valuable regular customers.Really I am very upset and feeling sad to say that I will never recommend Jet airways to my friends and colleagues in future.If presence of a mobile battery bank is the only issue does it take 33 days to remove and send my luggage to me. Till today I have not received my luggage back and also no proper response from jet airways upon contacting them. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 8, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After many attempts finally jet airways payed the amount for loss of baggage. Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
