Jet Airways — Missing mobile phone

I am jaspreet singh mailing u this for complaining about my missing phone in one of your good flight from singapore to delhi having flight no - 9w 0017 on 2nd april 2016.
I already talked to one of your jet airway member but no action was taken.
I just want you to reply with some suggestions or action that you are going to take about this complaint.
