Jet Airways — Missing stuff

i travelled london to gawhati on 4th of march . i landed on mumbai i had checked my lugages that time lugage was ok when i reached gawhati i recived my luggage there was some thing miss i was travelling with my baby so there was pram as well some boday took off the one part of pram and one bag was locked when i see the bag lock was broken and sone body took the stuff from the bag . i went to desk i had complain to the assistance they said you have to conplaint online . it was very bad experience with jet airways i am very regrating why did i book ticket on jet airways . kindly can you contact me on this number and i need my stuff back . i will be very thankful to you regards nayana mandal +[protected]
