Jet Airways — Money Refund - Transaction Not Reversed on Credit Card

I had booked a return ticket from Kuwait to Mumbai (Reference No: DRJGOP) on August 4, 2015. At the time of the booking, it was mentioned that I could cancel the flight within 24 hours for free. And since I could not travel, I cancelled the ticket within the 24 hour period. The online flight cancellation process was smooth and I even received confirmation along with the amount that was being refunded. But I am shocked to see that you have still CHARGED my credit card and have NOT REVERSED the transaction!!! Jet Airways, please refund my money immediately
