Jet Airways — No booking confirmation but money debited!

I have tried booking 4 times today, each time money has been debited from my account but no email confirmation. What is going on with your poor poor poor service??????? No one replies to emails, customer services is just poor! I just hope all transactions are refunded. There is something wrong with your website, i tried booking on the 31/12/15 same happened and we lost out because flight prices have gone up since. We are still unable to successfully book flights! Really unhappy, Mr James Tweed
