Jet Airways — no proper segregation of check in counter

No separate checkin counter for old n sick ppl or web checkins. Im having sciatic pains in my legs. I did web checkin to avoid long standing queues. However there were no separate counters for web checkins. The old and sick counter were also taking all the passenger. Thus i had to wait in queue for 45 mins taking pain killer n local anaesthetic gel. There were old ppl waiting in queues as well. And the lack of supporting staff made the whole process very slow. Also there should be self checkin ticket printers installed in the airport so that ppl should not wait to get the boarding pass issued and the tat to drop baggage will be faster.
