I have submitted a complaint yesterday but to no response? is this the type of response? what does it take for you to respond??? do i need to go on social mecia to get a response? this is the most pathetic atrocious customer service i have faced, your boarding staff traumatized me, your counter staff were trying to charge 4 times the price& you did not have a basic decency to book a flight. i will never fly a jet & ensure the two mnc s i work for do not fly you since unlike you they do not harass people
