I Anuradha Saupin, had booked a flight on Jet airways 9W 2658; PNR ENFOUF ; e ticket no.[protected], on the 16th of February 2015 from Chandigarh to Delhi, which due to some reason was non operational. I am still waiting for my refund. email id - anuradha.[protected]@yahoo.com
