Jet Airways — Non refund of money

Hi, on 11th august i tried to book a ticket from jet airways app. even though the money was deducted from my hdfc account, but ticket was not booked. A message was displayed that your ticket cannot be booked due to some internal problem. it has been nearly two weeks, i have not got any refund or any kind of response from jet airways. i event contacted hdfc bank they replied me that money was credited to jet airways successfully. transaction details are: Bank :- HDFC bank Date :- 11th august 15 Narration: :-- DHDF[protected]-BilldeskJETAIRWAYS Reference No :[protected] amount deducted :--- 4, 170.00
