Jet Airways — non-refund of tickets due to cancellation of flights

Greetings, Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that my jetairway's booking from Dammam (PNR :MLDDNT) to Coimbatore to fly on May 23, 2019, was cancelled by Jet Airways. I contacted the travel agent, Aerobilet, for refund but unfortunately despite many reminders, I haven't received the refund. Kindly look into this seriously as the issue has been pending for more than 1 month now.

I have booked Mumbai to Goa return ticket via Sastiticket on Jet Airways. Flight cancelled but no refund till date. Suffered on account of sudden change travelling transport, money used by jet airways and no refund till date, no interest on money.
