Jet Airways — not allowing to board in morning even after having boarding pass

My son was having ticket from jeddah to indore his ticket no is[protected]
Of jet airways but delectably the staff didn't allowed to board after long discussion they adjusted him in evening flight at 5.30 he came at airport
At 7 in morning that is his next flight is more than 8 hrs but they are not providing any facility that is no food no hotel kindly look in this matter
