Jet Airways — Not get refund since last17 days

Hi i am Amol Rajgurav. I booked the ticket on 5th oct 2014 from srinagar toto kolkata. For any good reason from your side the ticket didnt book but debited 5619/- from my account. I had been mailed u, called your customer care many times but not a single positive response from your side i got. The pnr no is PDXMUI. Its been very bad attitudude from your side. Please resolve the issue otherwise be ready to face legal consequences.
