Jet Airways — NOT ISSUED CONFIRM BOARDING PASS EVENT BOOKING WAS WITH CONFIRM STATUS

HI, I AM DEEPAK SHETH BOOKING ON 18.01.2015 WITH JET AIRWAYS FOR JOURNEY OF MY SON, Mr. ARPIT SHETH FOR 08.02.2015 BY FLIGHT No. 9W 7135 FROM MUMBAI TO RAJKOT PER PNR No, UXNTAA. WHILE CHECK IN AT AIRPORT FOR TAKING BOARDING PASS, THEY DENIED TO ISSUE CONFIRM BOARDING PASS EVEN TICKET STATUS WAS CONFIRM AND ISSUED STAY ON BOARDING PASS ( ALSO TAKEN A LUGGAGE ) STATING AS "WE BOOKED 10 % EXCESS BOOKING AND ON RANDOMLY BASIS WE UNABLE TO ISSUE A BOARDING PASS WITH CONFIRM SEAT AND IF ANY PASSENGER FAIL TO BOARD AND IF SEAT FOUND THAN YOU MAY ALLOWED TO BOARD IN SAME FLIGHT. AT LAST THEY FAIL TO PROVIDE IN SAID FLIGHT AND THEY HAD GIVEN BOARD PASS FOR TODAY'S FLIGHT ( 09.02.2015 ) AND NOT ONLY THAT THEY HAD RETURNED LUGGAGE AFTER LAPSE OF MORE THAN 2 HOURS AFTER ACTUAL DEPARTURE OF FLIGHT. COMPLAINT IS THAT: 1.WHY THEY HAD NOT ALLOWED TO BOARD EVEN STATUS WAS CONFIRM 2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME. 3. IS 10% OVER BOOKING IS IN THEIR TERMS AND IF SO WHAT ON GROUND THEY CHOOSE PASSENGER ON HOLD AND ISSUED STAY ON BOARDIG PASS 4. WHAT IS THE SAFETY OF AIRPORT IF EXCESS PASSANGER ALLOWED TO ENTER IN RESTRICTED AREA BY ISSUING STAY ON BOARDING PASS 5. WHAT ABOUT LOSS AND MENTALY HARRASMENT TO PASSANGER

HI, I AM MEENAL CHAWLA FLIGHT ON 18.02.2015 WITH JET AIRWAYS FOR JOURNEY OF MY DAUGHTER (MRS LALITA CHAWLA) SENOIR CITIZEN OF 65 YRS AND MY DAUGHTER OF 8 YRS(MS DEEPAL CHAWLA), FOR FLIGHT FROM DELHI TO MUMBAI (9W546) WHILE CHECK IN AT AIRPORT FOR TAKING BOARDING PASS, THEY DENIED TO ISSUE CONFIRM BOARDING PASS EVEN TICKET STATUS WAS CONFIRMED .I HAVE COME TO KNOW THROUGH INTERNAL SOURCES THAT THEY HAD OVERBOOKED THE FLIGHT SO DEBOARD MANY OTHER PASSENGERS ALSO. THE STAFF HAD GIVEN HIM THE EXCUSE THAT THEY NEED THE HARD COPY OF THE CRUISE, THOUGH THEY HAD PRESENTED THE SOFT COPY. INSPITE OF THAT SHE PRESENTED THE SAME WITHIN FEW MINUTES BUT THEN THEY DENIED HER WITH CHILD TO BOARD THE FLIGHT. SHE WAS REQUESTING WITH TEAR IN HER EYES BUT THEIR MOTTO IS TO MAKE MONEY. I HAD EVEN SEEN THE WORST STAFF & AIRLINES THROUGHOUT MY TENURE.THEY SAID IF LAST MINUTE SEATS WOULD BE AVAILABLE WE COULD ACCOMMODATE YOU IN THE EVENING FLIGHT. IN EVENING WHEN SEATS WERE AVAILABLE THEY ASKED FOR 27000/- FOR 1 WAY ONLY WHICH WAS HIGHER THAN ANY FRESH TICKET.WE DIDNT FIND THE FIGURE JUSTIFIED AS IF THEY DEBOARD THE SENIOR PAX & KID, THEY THATS THE DUTY OF JET AIRWAYS TO ACCOMMODATED BUT DUE TO THE GREED THEY WANTED TO MAKE MONEY. BY THE GRACE OF GOD THERE WAS AN AIRPORT STAFF WHO FELT MERCI ON HER AND HELPED HER WITH THE BOARDING PASS.AS SOON AS THE JET AIRWAYS TICKETING STAFF CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THE WHOLE SCENARIOA THEY WERE AFTER OUR LIFE. THERE WAS A GUY NISHANT WHO HAD TORTURED HER AND MENTALLY HARRASED BY FOLLOWING HER UNTIL UNLESS SHE BOARD ON THE CRAFT. NOW THEY FLOWN ON 18TH FEB EVENING FLIGHT. NOW THEIR TORTURE OR HARRASEMENT IS NOT OVER. AS I M ALSO WORKING FOR TRAVEL AGENCY SO THEY ARE ASKING MONEY FROM ME THROUGH MY COMPANY. 1.WHY THEY HAD NOT ALLOWED TO BOARD EVEN STATUS WAS CONFIRM 2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME. 3. IS 10% OVER BOOKING IS IN THEIR TERMS AND IF SO WHAT ON GROUND THEY CHOOSE PASSENGER ON HOLD AND ISSUED STAY ON BOARDIG PASS 4. CAN THEY ACCEPT SOFT COPY IF NOT THEN THEY COULD HELP HER FOR BOARDING AS SHE PRESENTING WITHIN FEW MINUTES... MOREOVER THEY HAD CHECKED THE CRUISE STATUS WITH OTHER GUEST (MR PARIKSHAT MADDAN & MRS SUDERSHAN MADDAN) WHO HAD ALREADY CLEARED THE IMMIGRATION & SAME CRUISE VOUCHER FOR ALL OF THEM 5. WHAT ABOUT LOSS AND MENTALY HARRASMENT TO PASSANGER, AS THE SENIOR PAX WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE BUT WHILE MOVING FOR DUBAI IN EVENING THE JET AIRWAYS STAFF HAD TORTURED HER THAT SHE WAS NOT IN A POSITION TO GO SHE WAS ON WHEEL CHAIR AND CRYING LIKE ANYTHING. 6 IN INDIA IS THIS VALUE OF SENIOR CITIZENS & KIDS??
