[Resolved] Jet Airways — Not received my two luggages

my name is chandrasekharan nair balagopal.I travelled in your flight no : 9w565 as a passenger from damam to trivandrum on 19th june 2016.My ticket no:[protected], pnr:pdae(j).
My luggages token no:9w1068 73/72.
I arrived on 20th morning 7:15am at trivandrum airport.After routene procedures when i went to receive my liggage.To my shock one of your suprevisors came to me checked my boarding pass and informed me without any regret that my luggage has not arrived and will come by flight on 21st.He filled a claim form and told to followup by phone(contact no given: [protected]).
This issue is created by jet airways staff negligence.Due to this i m facing many difficulties.Idont have dress to wear .I m wearing same dress including un der garments from yesterday.Im very much depressed and lost sleep.Ihave to bear taxi charge additonal.I have kept all bills. Today 21st june 2016 i contacted jet airways off in the no given: (contact no given: [protected]).
To my shock i got a very casual reply that my luggage is not there it will be sent in next flight tomorrow 22nd june 2016.
Is there any guarentee in receiving my luggage tomorrow.
Is this the way you treat a frequent fying customer who payed good sum of money and believed in your services .
Im working in a firm under pollution control board.I will wait for your response by tomorrow morning.
Please do the needful at the earliest.Expecting a good response.

After filing consumer complaint.Same day itseif flight personnel responded two three times(9497110890, 9910770970).They confirmed that 2 nos of packages Im expecting.Next day morning I called jet airways trivandrum staff (9497110890) and inquired the luggage status.To my joy, they informed that my luggage has arrived and can be collected in a time frame of 11:00Am to 05:00 Pm.
As per informed I went to airport and was received warmly this time by airways staff, They helped me in identifying and collecting luggage. I found that one of my baggage was wet condition.
Airways staff apologized for the inconvenience caused and told that they can dry clean the cloths.Since i didn't have time for that I accepted the baggage and notified the matter in writing to jet airways.
Jetairways has refunded the taxi fare of Rs 1600 .
I want to thank consumer complaint forum for the prompt notification of my complaint to jet airways management, which made things easy in resolving matter fast,
