Jet Airways — paid for excess baggage online. no confirmation from jet airways. no response for emails either.

Pnr mquhkv. 9w-2760, 9w-2759

For the above tickets i paid for excess baggage online on[protected]. The amount 5600 got deducted and credited to jet airway but no confirmation received from jet airways and my baggage allowance hasn't been updated either.

I have emailed and calling customer care a good number of times but no response so far.

Wondering if jet airways has ripped off that money from me.
