Jet Airways — Passenger refused checkin due to delay of 15 min

This is chandresh rao here, my contact no. Is [protected]. I had my booking in jetairways on[protected]w0435 mumbai to mangalore which was delayed by 50 minutes. Airline just announced sorry for this customer discomfort and delay. I had booked return flight on[protected]w432 mangalore to mumbai, here i was late to reach airport so i had called at 1429hrs and spoken to the airport staff for updating that i will reach in next 15 min, staff confirmed that the message will be passed to front desk and I should not be more than 15 min late. I reached airport within 11 min ie at 2.40 pm but was refused checkin stating i was late and they didnt got any intimation from airport office. Airport front office staff was babitha and the senior who refused checkin was kirti. Both the staff was not at all supportive and was not ready to help at all. Mangalore is a small airport and the counter to flight boarding does not take more than 10 minutes. Eventhough the flight was there and boarding was just started they refused to accommodate me. I was the only guest at the counter. I was shocked with this behaviour from jetairways. I was left with no choice but to travel to bangalore and from there to mumbai for which i had spend rs 10000/- approx. Entire journey was on jetairways only. From 14.40hrs till 18.50hrs i was at mangalore airport. Finally boarding for 9w2745 ie mangalore to bangalore started at 18.30hrs for a schedule departure of 18.50hrs. Flight departure took place at 18.45 hrs. Entire boarding was completed in 15 minutes. Flight door was closed just few minutes before departure. Flight landed at bangalore at 19.50hrs. I took next flight 9w0382 of 2145hrs ie bangalore to mumbai which started boarding at 2140hrs against schedule boarding time of 2100hrs. Flight took off at 2200hrs and reached mumbai at 2330 hrs. None of the flight door was closed before 45 minutes then why i was refused checkin ? why airlines should not be penalised for the delay of 50 minutes and delay in each boarding delay at mangalore and bangalore? i need proper answer for this requirement of reporting 45 min prior to departure. There is always a exception for genuine delay reason of passenger.
