Jet Airways — Poor service and management

I have had an absolute nightmare experience with Jet Airways when I used their services from 16/01/2016 and 14/02/2016. On 16/01/2016, I have been contacted via Qantas Airlines and they told me that I have to fly via Hong Kong instead of Singapore. It was long flight and they forgot to add Vegetarian food as per original meal preference. This was very unpleasant flight experience. When I checked in bags, I have been told that I will need to collect my bags from Ahmadabad. When I reached Ahmadabad, I didn't receive my bags and been told that you will be contacted as soon as your bags are located. Jet Airways officer at Ahmadabad gave me few numbers to call on but no one was answering the phones. When someone answered phone, they asked me to call me back in 30 mins because they just arrived in the office and they dont have time to talk to customers at the moment. What kind of service is this when a customer lost his bags? Then later on I had to come to Ahmadabad airport to collect my bags which cost me around AUD$200 to collect my bags. When I was coming back to Melbourne on 14/02/2016, At check in counter, staff didn't arrange seating of my wife and I next to each other. I specifically asked them to place next to each other because my wife is scared of flying but that check in lady told us that she could not do it. She told us earlier that she could do it but later she said she cant do it for no reason. I am sure it can be done easily but she refused because she did not want to generate new boarding pass. When I was flying from Mumbai to Singapore, our seats didn't have push back options and it was very congested. I have had huge back pain issue because of those seats. I am sure it is not suitable to watch movies or sit when the passenger in front in pushed back position. you can check it out. I was sitting on 16B. I asked Crew member(Her name is Mehak) to find another seats but they said they don't have any. I knew 36B and 36C were empty as I have been told by check in staff at Mumbai Jet Airways counter because I asked to give me new boarding pass but she said boarding has already started to she cant give me new boarding pass which I understand. Also I had to ask her for snacks as she was keep forgetting to serve us. I find this very inappropriate. I should not be asking for anything in the first place. I will never use your service again in the future for sure.
