[Resolved]  Jet Airways — Refund amount not credited. Playing tricks with my credit card account.

I have purchased ticket through jetairways website to fly from Chennai to Singapore on 10th Novmber. Due to some reasons I have cancelled my booking and got informed that I will be getting the refund in 7 to 10 working days. But, when I check my credit card account for refund, I am really shocked, only part of the amount is refunded. So, I have called your call centre to check the status today (11/11/2013), they advised me to check with my bank, hence I called bank and they told me that, there are few transactions made from jet airways as follows: Partial amount XXX credited on 20 OCT 2013 Amount XXX debited on 23 OCT 2013 Partial amount XXX credited on 23 OCT 2013 All the above transaction made by Jetairways, India. So, finally I got only part of the amount XXX, which is 1/3 of the actual amount. I am totally upset while writing this. Regards, Hariharan
