Jet Airways — refund complaint | |
I have filled the disruption form on jet airways website on 19th april for Pnr - dbeiuw (Chennai to delhi return flights for 2 passengers). I got an email from jet airways after submitting the online form that refund will be processed with 7 to 10 days but after 10 days i have still not received the refund. Pls, process the refund at the earliest as it is a large amount and it is a burden for us to pay that amount to credit card company from my pocket. Was this information helpful? | |
