Jet Airways — refund for cancelled flights (pnr-olu flh)

We booked return tickets for indore-pune-indore for 4th/11th march, 2019 vide pnr-oluflh. They conveyed cancellation of both flights on 27th feb 2019 but after that there is no news about refund. No one picks up the phones. We sent emails but there is no response. Why this kind of funny behavior. Please help by forwarding our complaint to the right persons and getting our complaint resolved.
