Jet Airways — Refund in unauthorised account | |||
I have booked Mum-Del return ticket for 22 January and 2 February 2015 in October 2014 through my credit card of HSBC Card No.: 4862 XXXX XXXX 6617 is not active now. My E ticket no is[protected]. Before cancelling this ticket - I called up customer care and asked them to ensure I should receive refund my alternate account as HSBC account is not active and no money can be received in that account. I also through an email on same day - January 13, 2015 provided all details of my bank account where I sought the refund money of cancelled ticket. I have informed this earlier though email and numerous calls at customer care. Despite that, there has been no response to address this issue. I received an email with Refund Receipt No:[protected] stating that money will be refunded in HSBC account.Chandran Swamy, Support Analyst did not understand the matter that I want refund in my another account and not the account through which I have purchased the ticket in October 2014. If no action is taken to resolve my issue - I will be compelled to compliant against the fraudulent practice of Jet Airways to DGCA and Ministry of Civil Aviation along with Consumer Forum.
