Jet Airways — refund is not issued in 60 days even if it was mentioned to process in 10 - 12 working days

The refund is still pending from 18-April-2019 when this was initiated. It was mentioned to get this processed in 10 - 12 working days. Its almost more than 2 months now, still nothing has been done. I have called the customer care so many times but still have no luck to get my money back.
