Jet Airways — refund not received for the cancelled flight - 9w0796 lko pnq 7 april 2019

My flight 9w0796 lko pnq dated 7th april was cancelled by jet airways and i haven't received my refund yet.

My pnr number was fieegw and refund amount should be 6480 rs.

We request jet airways to refund our money as this flight was cancelled by carrier themselves and we should not be at lost.

We are senior citizen and cancer patient and we need this money asap.

I had booked a ticket on my mobile app on 22nd Feb'19 for my mother Pushpa Narang for BLR-DEL flight on 13/3/19. The e ticket number is[protected]PNR GFSHGP). The flight was cancelled by Jet Airways "stating operational issues". Its over a month and i'm yet to receive the refund. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Nobody has a duty to reply to and to examine anonymous document or indefinite complaint.

Kindly read the information above,
if the submitter wants to refer the case in regard with the possible cancellation
to the DGCA or to the district court in the state, where the passenger is residing.

If you have not got the refund till 15 April 2018,
kindly:-

1. State your full name, address along with city/ state, e-mail box, phone for the communication ;

2. Attach either

2.1 Primary e-ticket
or
2.1. PNR +INVOICE

3. Attach notification on the cancelllation of 9W 796 flight LKO PNflight, which you had received from the air carrier or from the travel agent ;

4. Attach your own complaint in full ;

5. Attach other relevant document, which you had received in addition from the air carrier or travel agent, following your complaint or following the cancellation of 7 April 2019 9W0796 flight.

All documents have to be in .PDF or in highest resolution image format .

These documents can be required in order you can be able to claim the compensation via the court or via the Department general (DGCA) of civil aviation of ministry of civil aviation in India.

It is not mandatory but it is in the interest of the passenger to hire the lawyer or the legal professional.

The procedure before DGCA is not chargeable, upon the passenger chose the legal presentation.

The legal assistance can cost from ~4000 rupees, plus government fees of Rs 100 or Rs 2000,
before the customers or before the district court in the state of the residence.
