Jet Airways — refund not received from jet airways for the flight cancelled by them | |||
I had booked tickets for self, spouse and parents from hyderabad to mumbai for 1st april'19. The flight was first changed and then cancelled by jet airways. This was informed to us on 30th mar'19 at around 11.30pm through mail. On 31st march'19 early morning at around 6am after seeing the mail, i spoke to jet customer care executive, who said that i will get full refund of the tickets booked. He took the request on call and said that the refund will be processed in 48hrs. However, since then there is no email or sms from jet confirming the refund processed. Cant reach the customer care executive on the customer care nos also, as they keep you on hold for about more than 30 mins. Was this information helpful? | |||

2. Notification of the cancellation or your exlanation in 1sentance regarding when and where you came to know abot the cancellation.
3. Your own complaint expressed in fugures.
4. Decision of the travel agent, given within 7 days following the receipt of your complaint,
if you want to process further with the public complaint at this site.
