Jet Airways — refund not received pnr fhirlu

Dear sir,

I booked the tickets for 4 pax for doha-delhi-jaipur on 19 jan 2018. However since the doha - delhi flight was delayed we missed the connection flight to jaipur. As the next flight was available only in the afternoon i requested for a refund and took a cab to jaipur at my own expense. A very courteous jet airways staff at delhi airport confirmed that the refund was issued and will be credited back within 10 days. However although 1 month has elapsed since the journey date the refund has not been credited back to my card till date. Kindly update the status of the refund at the earliest.
