Jet Airways — Refund not received yet on may cancelled tickets

Hi, I have written a number of times over the past month to the ID ([protected]@jetairways.com) requesting to check why my refund for my ticket has not come but there has been no reply. Can you please help. Ticket numbers are provided below, I had cancelled on 4th April 2015 the below 4 tickets through jet website and was told on phone that I will recieve around Rs 20000 after cancellation charges. Till date there has been no refund into my credit card number.
