Jet Airways — refund not transfer on self cancelled flight | |
Dear gentlemen Pnr no. Lwdqyu, booked on 10 feb 2019 Above flight ticket has been cancelled on same day of booking and received the confirmation of refund of 1526 sar on 11 feb but until today i have not received the refund in my bank account. I have recieved the rrn no rrn :[protected] from [protected]@jetairways on 26 feb but money has not refunded till today. I have asked to the bank also but they do not have any details with provided reference no. Please help me as i will be exit from dammam and my bank account will be closed after that. Sir I am Jose mathew I was book one ticket from cochin to Delhi and the flight {PNR-CJDOIO} was cancelled and I am request to refund the amount but till they didn't refund the amount, so many time I called to customer care and I didn't get any propper information

I have been trying reaching JetAirways team since 4 days, I am not able to reach.
My flight 9W 829 (Fri, Mar 01 19:15 22:15/DEL To MAA) was cancelled, but I not yet received the refund and compensation on my ticket fair.
Requesting to revert back with a proper resolution.
