Jet Airways — refund of air ticket for cancelled flight by jet airways due to operational issues

Hi team,

I had book flight from bom to hyd for 29th jan 2019 from kigali, rwanda from travel agent - alpine travels. When i reach to mumbai and i waited there for 4 hours and then come to know flight was cancelled by jet airways due to operational issues. I was still waiting for outcome but don't have any email communication of the customer service team of jet airways.
