Jet Airways — Refund of cancelled tickets

Hi, I had booked Jetairways flight to chennai for 9th December (booking reference no:JVXTZJ) and had cancelled the same on the 8th December 2015. Till date i have not received any confirmation towards my cancellation. I did speak to one of your customer care executive on the 7th December at around 11.30 to reconfirm my ticket cancellation. I was assured over the call that the tickets have been canceled and an email should reach me within 48 hrs, i have not received any confirmation from your end till date. I have sent reminder emails on 14th and 22nd of December 2015. Reuqest you to kindly respond on the above.
