Jet Airways — Refund of my cancelled ticket ref. No. PGCZLQ (Abu Dhabi to Hyderabad)

On 27-Apr-15 I received the following message from Jet airways Abu dhabi office from sales officer Mr. Fahad Khalid as below. "Net refund applicable after deducting the cancellation charges is AED 1775/-. This amount will be transferred to your bank account." After repeated follow up I received AED 1350 in my Bank Account No.[protected] Emirates Islamic Bank on 14-May-15. For Remaining AED 425 they emailed me credit note POS ID 0035773 MID[protected] DATED 4/05/2015 TIME 15:41:44 APPROVAL CODE 014662 But still I did not receive money in my account.
