The ticket is a property of the passenger and of the air carrier.
It can can not be cancelled by itself due to any reason.
Please
1. State, who had the status of the pasenger?
2. Provide details regarding the circumstances of the canclation, including date, place / office, supporting document for the medical reason or screen shot from the hospital.
3. Copy of reply given by the representative of the Jet air carrier in 15 days following your complaint .
4. Your city and state.

If in 15 day the Jet air carrier have not satisfied the correct legal complaint follwing the passenger submission, the passenger, holding the supporting documents, is entitled to fill the lawsuit with District Court of the State or the application (complaint) in the customers court.

The personal expences for the legal assiastnce of lawyer (in customes affairs) or of professional in the civil avaiation) can cost from 7000 till 16000 ruppes, depending upon luck and lenth, if the case is in India.
Plus Government fees.

The complaint against the Jet air carrier can be lodged by the passenger at the UK CAA for this instance free of charge,
if the passenger knows the basic law, has supporting documents, is able to argue and to express the claim correctly .

Experation time for complaint or lawsuit:
2 or 6 years from the date of the cancellation of the reservation, depending upon the place of the intiation of the case before the authority (court).
I had book ticket for 17th April from Mumbai to Kochi. And today I got to know the jet airways had cancelled their flight.. I am trying to call them but they are picking up the call.. I need to know whether they are arranging any other flight or not.. and if not when will I get the refund..

neither your call centre is picking calls
its quite frustating getting no responses
pls book seat 50 h for me on mumbai - london sector or any available isle seat
