Jet Airways — refund of ticket amount

Please note that I booked ticket in the name of sitaram maheshwari in Flight 9W792 from Indore to Delhi on 24/5/2019, due to operational reason you have cancelled the flight and assured me that I will get my ticket amount refund into my account.

I regret to inform you that i have not received refund of my ticket amount till date which you have promised to refund.I am sending you SMS received from jet airways in support to the above mail.I request to resolve my issue and refund the amount.
