Jet Airways — regarding my ticket cancellation

Dear sir

My flight 9w985 from delhi to vadodara on 15th march has been cancelled by showing operational reasons. With due humble request i submit that i am a law professor working in campus law centre, university of delhi and i have an conference scheduled on 16th march morning, for which i have to brief the concerned group in late evening of 15th march but suddenly because of the cancellation on your part my schedule is hampered. As i was travelling from the university fund and i can't ask them for the new budget, i humbly request you to arrange an alternative flight on the same day. I am writing my grivenance through mail because any of your toll free no. And your executives are not responding to me from last 2hours.
