Jet Airways — regarding our missing luggage | |||
Hi, Me, my husband abd my kid we travelled from Amsterdam to Mumbai on 28th Feb 2018 by flight 9W 0231.. I have registered complaint for the same on C.S.I. Airport, Mumbai (Complaint no. 2, 28 February 2018 night shift team). I understand that my missing bag was not checked-in at Amsterdam airport by Jet airways staff as there is no entry for this missing bag in their system (As confirmed by Jet airways staff in Mumbai). My husband even emailed the photo of our missing luggage with all the discription to jet. We got the reference number through email and the help of that number we used to get the update but it took long time and there is no positive response. Whenever we called them we always got the resposne that we will get the mail from their email team. I really don't understand why they are taking too much time to solve this case ? We did regular follow up with them and gave all the neccessary details to help them to find out our missing luggage but nothing happened. This is the worst experience me and my husband got from Jet Airways. I am still hoping to get my missing luggage. Regards, Riya Rahul Paranjpe Was this information helpful? | |||
