Jet Airways — Regular disconnection of internet and customer's treated like dog

Hi,
To whoever it may be.
I am writing this mail to escalate my case SR[protected] which was raised on 20th Oct, 2020 at around 4:00pm for ISP disruption.
The update was sent saying it will be fixed by 20th Oct, 2020 around 8:00pm however till 24 hours, it was not fixed and it was restored at 03:00pm on 21st Oct, 2020.
Again the same issue was seen on 22nd Oct, 2020 around 1:00pm and when i raised the complaint and reached to customer care, same usual answer was given that the switch link is down. If you know you have faulty switch in the area why are you not replacing rather than making us suffer.
When i asked for escalation on 21st Oct, 2020, it was informed at 11:15am that a call back will be done while i waited whole day, i did not receive any call.
When i reached customer care today, asking escalation and speak to supervisor, same answer call back and i know this is a scripted statement and there will never any call backs which will be done.
If the customer care people do not have answers or not able to speak, they just disconnect the call or put us in some blackhole where no voice is heard.
Requested for an escalation email address where this email id was provided where the response time is again 24 to 48 hours, i am relying on this service for do my office work.
when it comes to bill, even an hour delay causes disconnection and never anything is adjusted.
If proper service could not be provided and if as customer i have to be treated as a dog by your customer care representatives, do let me know so i can look for other alternatives and will share the same information in my organization to avoid the harassment from ACT.
