Jet Airways — Reimbursement for delayed baggage. | |||||
Hi I visited India last month and boarded the Jet Airways flight from Amsterdam.My luggage went missing- I had some business and personal meeting. So all my clothes and accessories. The baggage remained untraceble for 3/4 days. Naturally, It was short tour hence I had buy cloths etc. I was told to submit my proof that I stay in US that I provided to them, but in spite of that no claim was transferred to my account. Neither any email is sent to me on my claim (Missing luggage No.(DL 404559). This is my is worst kind of flying experience. These Airlines who can't meet customer service to the minimum level should be penalised and banned from operation. Regards, Partha Was this information helpful? | |||||
