Jet Airways — reimbursement of claim not done | |||
Hello sir, i have travelled in jet airways on 18th jan'19 from ahmedabad to bali via mumbai, i have checked in my luggage at ahmedabad airport and borded the flight. On arriving at mumbai airport i haven't found my luggage and complaint the same to jet airways lost luggage dept at mumbai airport, they tried to find my lugguage for 2 hours but didn't find it as i need to catch, my onward flight to bali, jet airways lost luggage dept requested me to board the flight and assured me that they will deliver my luggage to bali in 24 hours. After i reach bali i have communicated with their staff on phone and they said they haven't found my luggage and told me to buy all the necessary stuff required for my stay in bali and all the bills were reimbursed after completing the formalities. I followed up with them everyday but they didn't found my luggage and i bought all the necessary things required for my business trip gradually. I received call from them on 26th jan'19 that my luggage was lying at ahmedabad airport and their ground staff forgot to load my luggage. I have requested to hold it as i was reaching ahmedabad on 27th morning. Nobody handed over my luggage when i reached ahmedabad as they assured me that their staff will be present on my arrival and will hand over my luggage. I have collected my luggage on 28th jan'19. I have submit all the bills on 28th jan'19 along with all the bills and claim form but it has been 2 months they haven't reimbursed the amount yet and they are deliberately delaying my issue. I am hereby attaching all the bills i have sent to jet airways. Request you to help me to get my reimbursement. Regards. Was this information helpful? | |||
