Jet Airways — reimbursement of refund due to flight cancellation

I received intimation on 18.04.2019 that the following flights have been cancelled and that I am eligible for refund.

I had filled up the Flight Disruption Assistance Form online and claimed for refund for both the above bookings.

However regret to inform that till date no refund has been credited to my account.
