Jet Airways — replacement of damaged bag

Sir, we were traveling from USA to India Mumbai, at Mumbai Air Port we found our bag is damnaged and complaint is being lodged at the Jet Airport Mumbai Air Port.

I have contacted them many times but no response.
I had talk with Mr Rajan Mehta and Subham Sharma on 5/2/2018 time 5.30PM and6/2/18 time 9.30PM but no response.
I send them a mail three times but no reply.

I called them on this no [protected], they never talk only disconnect the call many a times.
