Today on 16/05/2016, I tried to generate travelling certificate in respect of my wife M/s. Arya Singh who performed journey from Bangalore to Patna on 23 August 2016 via Jet Airways Flight no 9W824 fro Bangalore to Delhi and Flight no. 9W727 from New Delhi to Patna having PNR no. AUFKLZ. However an amount of Rs. 265/- was debited from my account without providing any travelling Certificate. Hence, I request you to kindly refund my amount or else u provide me the travelling certificate in respect of my wife.
