Jet Airways — request refund jet airways/ cancelled flight 02.03.2019/ pnr csrtqy

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have booked my flight (Jet Airways) on 03.02.2019 through mobile booking from Delhi to Udaipur (Departure on 02.03.2019 flight 837) for 2 adults, 1 Infant and 1 child. PNR No. CSRTQY
On 27.02.2019, I got notification on my email ID [protected]@gmail.com that this flight is Cancelled. I tried to contact Customer Care offices of Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon but my call is not picked up. To avoid further delays, I have booked another flight for the complete family with other airline and also paid extra amount due to very short time.
Now continuously trying to reach Jet Customer Care, but all in Vain. I request Jet Airways team for advising me the Refund amount of my tickets and the way forward for the same.
