Jet Airways — reschedulement dilemma

We booked tickets to guwahati vide pnr no vhwzzc thro dote on diaries
Ernakulam and vide pnr nodvqsjx directly the flight was scheduled to leave bangalore on 02/april/2019 at 10.15 am but due to constant reschedulement a message has been received at our end to the effect that the flight no 9w450 will leave banagalore airport at 10.45 am and will reach mumbai at 12.35hrs. A second message in this connection elaborates that the fligt no 9w935will leave mumbai at 11.05hrs the same day and will reach guwahati at14.40hrs. How can we board from mumbai at 11.05hrs if we reach there at 12.35hrs? Reschedulement should be in such a way which helps passengers and not otherwise. We wish for reply within no time

1. This is a private site where anyone, who is related to the civil aviation, not the represnetative of the
Jet aircarier or of the Indian airport aviation authority or of the Ministry of civil aviation, can express, what does he or she thinks about a certain public complaint .

The legal complaint, which shall be addressed to the Jet air carrier, shall meet the certain requirements:-

1. Correct particulars of the addressee (aircarier).
These elements can be taken from the correspondence of the airccarier regarding
a) the reservation or
b) electronic ticket, issued for the passenger

2. Correct partculars of the submiter either
a) passenger - a person who holds the confirmed reservation or e-tcket
b) Person who has the authorty to represent the passenger
the written prove, if any, shall be owned by suh person (relative, mother, father, son, daugter, lawyer, entrusted frind, etc).
and his residing address, phone, e-mail,
sex / gender / title

3. Brief desription of the facts (events) in chronological order with participating person and details upon and for the thoughts of the passenger:
the recevied message on reschuduling, which passenger has received, in full .

4. Argument(s) - this is statement(s) of passenger regarding any exact reschedule:
what is written in the message and what was written against the law by the Jet air carrier,
when it was written by the Jet air carrier

5. Request of the passenger :
to be expressed in the way of the exact act in favor of passenger and in figurs, if passenger seeks monetary compensation
For example, I demand to effect 3500 rupees to my account which I had paid the ticket

6. Date, Time (email program or email server show it usually), name and signature.

7. Passenger is advised to hold the evidences regarding the loss such as:
e-ticket,
reservation - PNR VHWZZC or PNR DVQSJX for 2 APR 19 flight 9W450
receipt (full e-ticket) for flight 9W450,
each meassge on reschuduling, which passenger has received, including date and time. mode (SMs or e-mail).

8. The duty of the Jet air carrier are stated in multile Indian law and in international regulations.
I hardly believe that the level of top management (professional level) of the Jet air carrier
allows them to avoid loss in any private case, if such case is treated fairly,
or with the deception, this is upon the risk to health of top management of this air carrier.

If the above particulars are absent, it is impossible to give free advise in the public forum.
The passenger can hire the Indian lawyer for fee for the securing of the passenger's money.

I am not getting my flight status. I have received two emails regarding flight cancellation but those details do not match with my flight details. Please let me know my flight status. I am unable to reach any of the jet airways office. My flight no. is 655

You need to contact the site, where you attempt to make booking.
Remeber:-
1. the site
2. date of travel
3. flight number
4. correct email and correct phone.

- Make a call to the operator
- Tell : i did not get my e-ticket and provid ethe above detailes along with your name.
- After the correction of phone / email, the operator of the fair traval agent usually sends the eticket immediately.
