Jet Airways — Rude and unprofessional behaviour | |||
My self Mr Vijaykumar Lotiya travelled from Dubai to Mumbai on Jet Airways Flight No 9W 543 on 07/02/2015. My E-ticket no is[protected]. We have encountered terrifically rude and totally unprofessional behaviour by one of your cabin crew. Most probably his name is M.Kevin. He is the only male in crew in economy class. When he was serving dinner on flight, he asked and I said “vegetarian”. He gave me non vegetarian food and when I see sticker on packet. I said again that I need vegetarian and gave him back the food packet. I said “PLEASE pay some attention.” He angrily behaved with us and said “we do not make mistakes.” He was like about to hit me. I was travelling with my colleagues, Mr Jagdishkumar Patel and Mr Kirit Jani so obviously we three are sitting together. When he served yoghurt to only two o[censored]s. My friend “Mr Kirit Jani” asked him to serve yoghurt to our friend Mr Patel, He replied with lot of anger that you eat your food. His behaviour was like you are giving us free tickets or something. This kind of behaviour, I have never seen in my Air Travel. If you have problem with another customer or something why do you making us target with your inappropriate anger. Please note that I am going to take actions until I get reasonable response from him personally. He has insulted me, Mr Jagdish Patel and our Guruji Mr Kirit Jani. Was this information helpful? | |||
